“I can't recommend Joe at Rugged Diesel Repair enough. I brought him my 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax after it went into limp mode. Being a newly single Mom after getting divorced and this being my only vehicle, to say I was stressed is an under statement. Joe was very thorough and very honest with me about the all issues he found. He does a fantastic job of explaining things in a way you can understand. I really appreciated his realistic opinion on how to proceed with my truck. I can't thank him enough for his time and help. I feel very fortunate to have found him. Another diesel truck will eventually be in my future and when it does, I'll make sure to have Joe help me maintain it.His shop is pretty dang sweet, I might add. Very well organized and clean. “I had a small problem with the bed in my pick up truck. I stopped in to see if Tom would take a look at it and tell me if it could be fixed. He immediately got up walked outside to check on the problem and said it was an easy fix and to come by the next morning.I showed up a little early the next morning and a wonderful young man asked if he could help. I explained what Tom had said the previous day and this man took a look at the problem and then fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. I asked what do I owe you and he said nothing, have a nice day.After this great experience I am having a great day. Thank you Tom and crew.Ps. Previous to this wonderful experience I stopped at a body shop (starts with an R) off of George hopper road in Burlington and asked if they could take a look at my truck bed problem and the gent got on a computer and after about 5 minutes said he could take a look at the truck next week.Service: Body & Trim”

“Very impressed with their customer service at the Sedro Woolley location! Husband woke up to a flat tire before work and had to take my car. We had to get his fixed today since they are closed Sundays. But I didn’t have any car seats in his car for my girls to bring the car there. Called them to explain and see if there was any way to have them come to me. They had a guy come like 45 minutes later he got the tire took it back to the shop and had it back and back on the car in like an hour! Saved me from a huge headache since I didn’t have any one to watch my girls. very thankful.”
