I enjoy the work that’s been done and I enjoy whenever I talk to the service writers/techs in person but sometimes the service writers over the phone can be a bit pushy trying to add services I don’t need. As somebody who has brought my car in a few times now, I recommend just being clear about exactly what you want done over the phone and the techs will do a great job!”

“About 5 miles outside of Bellingham my car started sounding like a jollapy. Instinctively I knew to go back up the road versus keep driving to Seattle. I drive to a highly rated auto my location and met Pat of Sterling Automotive. Wow! Luckily i stumbled unto an honest mechanic who was unwilling to just take my money, but instead recommended I spend the money getting a proper diagnosis before trying to fix things that weren’t actually the problem. Although they were booked till the following week, they managed to assess my car the same night and had it fixed within 2 days. Thanks Pat for building, not only instant rapport, but instant trust. Your colleague made sure to water my plants and even moved them indoors so that they didn’t get overheated. We joked that he had a greased thumb by day and a green thumb at night. “My F-150 started acting up over the weekend (check engine light, lack of acceleration) and we're planning a long road trip in a couple of weeks so I needed it fixed ASAP. Saw a great recommendations for Superior Auto Repair online, called and they were able to get me in MUCH faster than anywhere else. Dropped off the truck at 9, had a call by 11 with the details/estimate and the truck was fixed by 2. Warren was fantastic in terms of knowledge and also was extremely helpful. Can't say enough great things about the service and speediness. I'll definitely be returning for any other mechanical issues down the line!”
