“I had a small problem with the bed in my pick up truck. I stopped in to see if Tom would take a look at it and tell me if it could be fixed. He immediately got up walked outside to check on the problem and said it was an easy fix and to come by the next morning.I showed up a little early the next morning and a wonderful young man asked if he could help. I explained what Tom had said the previous day and this man took a look at the problem and then fixed the problem in about 10 minutes.
