“I was in need of a new or most likely new-to-me car. I feared the haggling, 'closer', fast talking sales pitch and was avoiding this endeavor until a friend told me about Northwest Euro as Mini's were on my radar. The user-friendly website was welcoming. The return phone call from Jason was straight forward and an appointment was made for the next day. I also learned there was no haggling, the price listed was the price, for real. I sighed relief.I had my perimeters (manual convertible) and Devon was aware of this when we met. He showed me ONLY those cars, not trying to convince me otherwise. We reviewed carfaxes together and he graciously answered all my questions without fluff. Instead of an entire day of this/that/the other/now try this in three hours I had tested driven the inventory that met my standards, decided upon my car and the deal was closed. “Following the demise of my Blue 2007 Toyota Tacoma 4-Dr (T-Boned at 78,040 miles), and with my Total Loss Claim Check in hand, I scouted around for a suitable replacement. Of course, I wanted a Blue Toyota Tacoma 4-Dr (that's my baby), the only missing data was what model year and how to find one with low mileage. I found used car dealers were pushing whatever was in their lot, and no Tacoma's were available. Then a friend told me about Enterprise Car Sales.I met with Darien Brooks, the Senior Sales Consultant (Enterprise at 14135 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133) and she took over. There were two white Tacoma's in Washington State, no Blue ones. Out of luck. Then she pulled up a listing of all Enterprise Cars available for Sale IN THE UNITED STATES! Deftly manipulating the spreadsheet, she zeroed in on three 2021 Blue Toyota Tacoma 4-Dr cars. I went with the one from St. Louis at 60,000 miles. Even with shipping charges, the price was within what I could afford. Darien did a great job. I highly recommend her. Tom G.”

“Ed is a standup guy. When I called to inquire about the car he told me all the details with no lame sales pitches, no bs and he was very straightforward and honest. He held the car I was interested in until I purchased it even though he had immediate offers coming in every day. He even told me to wait until interest rates go down even though he could possibly lose a sale doing so. Every concern I had about the condition of the car was noted and addressed in a timely manner. “Supplied a very good car at under Blue book value. Could have had more dealer maintenance as the radio isn't working and the tires were very old and damaged (5 years old, cracking.) But as I do my own maintenance I replaced the radio and tires myself and now the car is how I imagined it would be out of factory. They do loans through BECU which has good interest currently. Mailing me my plates and doing all the paperwork for me. Nice staff, good environment. Cramped car lot and parking, though.”
