They both got their Lexus SUVs from there as well.The referral gift would be $100 per person who buys the car from there. I referred my sisters to this place, but I didn't pay for it though.”

Nick was friendly, courteous, and kind to my young kiddos who of course had a thousand stories they needed to tell him. The man who closed out paperwork was friendly enough as well.This is not a squeaky clean dealership where they are going to follow you around and cater to your every whim and question. It runs like you would expect a small, maybe slightly old-school family operation. No flair, no shiny showroom, just cars for sale.I read a few other reviews and came to the lot with my guard up. I asked extra questions on the phone and in person to try to catch any red flags or resistance, ready to walk off if anything "smelled funny". I was pleasantly surprised. They were not rude at all, but I can see folks getting upset if they're expecting to be treated like royalty like some nice dealerships do.Not saying they've never treated anyone unkindly, but my experience was good.”

“The technicians are all friendly and you do not get a hard upsell to add services when you bring your car infor a specific item, like an oil change. They are generally a bit faster than the time that they quote you for service and the waiting area is nice. They even have a quiet area upstairs where you can work and take phone calls. So why the four stars? They recently started a policy where they add 3% for credit card payments. This is an incredibly cheap and short-sighted policy. Like a lot of customers, I bought my Infiniti from this dealership. And like a lot of customers, I am not happy with the purchase or the experience at this dealership. The saving grace for owning this miserable car is the service experience has been generally really good. But this leaves a sour taste in my mouth every time I come here. Sometimes, it is a noticeable sum -- other times, like the last time, it was less than $5. It's just another way to stick it to the customer. And another reason why I will never buy another Infiniti.”

“The overall experience was quick and easy. Service advisor Marcus was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and explained his desire to provide an efficient and professional service. Just one simple negative in that I was not afforded the 25% discount as stated with the dealer's email notification to me when scheduling a maintenance service although a 10% discount was given for an oil change service.”

“This review is long overdue for Darrin, who is amazing and we worked with in January of this year. He was so patient with my husband and I. Compared to our experience at a neighboring dealership, it was the first time we purchased a vehicle stress-free... well, minus the warranty sales guy, who kept trying to push a $10k thing on us even after we had said no for almost an hour to the other option. I was 8mo pregnant at the time and basically had to snap at him to move the flip on about the warranty or we're leaving. :) But that's not Darrin's fault.Darrin also gave me some lunch that day, which was super appreciated. He knew that despite the fact I brought snacks for the purchase, I would still be hungry. :D Long story short, the warranty/loan person was abysmal but Darrin is awesome.”
