I highly recommend this store. I was shopping for a couch and the customer service was excellent. I originally purchased a couch and chair but had to cancel the next day due to unexpected car repair. They graciously credited my account and I hope I can return to purchase a sofa later.

Ordered a sectional with Richard. He was amazing but for the price I paid I didn’t expect to get a couch with pieces that are made wrong. Then being told I have to wait a week for the right piece to come and not being offered a discount or anything.Update: The new piece was delivered within 3 days.
