While she had a good vision for the end product, she listened and incorporated our important criteria into the final product. She also assisted in sourcing a reliable and quality contractor (Howard Freeman ). Michelle was always available throughout the process to clarify questions from us and the contractor and in the end, we ended up with a beautiful bathroom. “I hesitate to call this an antique store because the selection is curated and cohesive in a way they most antique stores aren’t. Walking in the door, you will suddenly be at the antique market in Paris. Everything, and I mean everything, in this store is Perfection. From the pillow cases in the most sublime linens to the large hutches that just ache to complete someone’s kitchen/dining room. This place is perfect. Talking with Susan — beaming with warmth, knowledge, and elegance — is the icing on the cake.”

“I highly recommend Big Saw Productions! Jason and his team were awesome - friendly, quick to communicate, and most importantly, do quality work! I purchased four, tall, wide Adirondack chairs, and a fancy table. I needed the taller chairs, because I am a tall guy. I didn't think I needed the wider version, but when I went to visit Jason's shop, I really enjoyed the extra size of the chair. It was like upgrading an airline seat. The furniture is super sturdy, very clean looking and very few knots. I also like that a lot of the screw heads are hidden. So they are not in the table top, and they are not in the arms of the chairs where your hands rest. Again, it really helps with the clean aesthetic. They also delivered to my house, which was a big plus. Thanks again, Jason!”

“If you have something you need securely packed and shipped, this is the place to go. They will carefully pad and pack your item(s), crate them and ship by freight carrier for you. They will also crate items for you to ship yourself. No items are too big for them to handle. They also make custom laser cut foam pieces to pack securely and perfectly your item and build a crate around it, think artwork, jet parts, spaceship parts, football equipment, you name it! Check them out!”

“I am not into big box shopping. I love they are family owned and that they treat every customer with respect. I had not bought a bed in years. The sales rep asked me key questions. We also went the the clearance outlet to see what would meet my need there. In the end I was fitted with the right combo I am so at ease that it will heve no wrenches...spending a fair amount of money. The service has been excellant, and it continues if there are problems down the road. This is so rare to find such integrity. They have my vote.”

Mark was all around incredible to work with and an absolute speed-demon as far as turning out CAD designs goes. We admittedly moved in a different direction as we required a type of joinery that Kerf doesn't typically work with, however, the experience working with Kerf and Mark was very positive. “We have been living with our couch from COUCH for a few months now and keep falling in love with it. It was absolutely and totally worth the price and the coolest part is the price was comparable to other companies with similar options, it took less time for shipping than other couch companies cuz it was made and shipped from LA, and this is a locally owned small business. My husband and I were looking for some thing really specific to fit our lifestyle and height and surprisingly even though what we wanted seemed pretty basic it was hard to find a product with any sort of quality. I’m so glad we found out about this store before we made a big purchase. The process was pretty easy and if I had to buy another couch (and I don’t think I will need to for a super long time) I would definitely 100% go back here.”

Joe came and installed the Murphy bed today - it was fast efficient and I am more than please with the construction and quality of the bed and mattress. The cabinet has a perfect finish, the springs and handles are high quality and mattress is comfortable. Nice organic cotton top. The bed lowers easily. Professionalism, quality and genuinely honest and awesome small business! I am so happy I went with Murphy Bed Place rather than purchasing somewhere else.
