I don't know why it has such a low rating. It amazes meI didn't even have a BECU membership or account and I met Jordan who helped me set up the account and the Auto loan with in 30 minutes. I got the best rates from 10 different banks. I'm so amazed full five-star full service

I’ve been to a lot of banks and BECU branches, and everyone was so great here. Devin and John both did a great job of helping us with all questions and helping us understand all our options and everything we needed for our car loans and credit cards
