Rude every time. I was told an employee had the key to the quarters and wouldn't be back until next week and I would have to come back next week if I needed change. What does that even mean? One employee laughed when I asked for change...Even with a Bank of America account I was still treated poorly

This branch and the employees here have been awesome. I worked with Mishi (I think his name was) and he really stepped in and help me escalate a month long problem I had with a Merchant that would not respond to me. One star is one too many. Hostile tellers & ATM problems at the Magnolia branch and abysmal followup from the BofA mothership when the ATM takes in $7500 cash without crediting my account after 48 hours as promised. Now on hold with customer service on a call that is now going on 45 minutes.
