Rude every time. I was told an employee had the key to the quarters and wouldn't be back until next week and I would have to come back next week if I needed change. What does that even mean? One employee laughed when I asked for change...Even with a Bank of America account I was still treated poorly

This is not about this particular branch, but their new policy of putting a hold on check deposits is completely unacceptable. I could not even get any cash back and was told no funds would be avalible for three days. Is Bank of America hoping that I incur an overdraft? I have been with B of A for twenty years and they can't treat me like a customer. I do not understand why I pay a monthly fee but really don't get a service. Bank of America just lost my business.

This branch and the employees here have been awesome. I worked with Mishi (I think his name was) and he really stepped in and help me escalate a month long problem I had with a Merchant that would not respond to me. His guidance and answers to questions were very meaningful. Hopefuly he continues working there and enjoys it!

This is my neighborhood branch and even though I work in a different city, I enjoy doing my banking at this branch. No matter who is working the teller stations or drive up or the desk, everyone is friendly and helpful. My grandkids enjoy being greeted by name and the lollipops! I'm both appreciative and thankful that BoA has maintained our neighborhood local banking filled with friendly staff.

One star is one too many. Hostile tellers & ATM problems at the Magnolia branch and abysmal followup from the BofA mothership when the ATM takes in $7500 cash without crediting my account after 48 hours as promised. Now on hold with customer service on a call that is now going on 45 minutes.

At least it did when I visited it today. Courteous teller, and they have the new-style ATM's.
