“I called in for a last-minute oil change to see if I could drop off my car. They were accommodating and told me to swing right on by! The check-in process was quick and efficient. Conveniently, Boon Boona was just a few blocks down the street so I could wait there and do some work. The generated service report was a nice touch, and I was pleased they didn't push unnecessary services. I was also glad to find out they could service my K&N reuseable oil filter and air filter, whereas other places I called weren't willing to deal with it. I was in and out within two hours without an appointment. Fair pricing, excellent service – highly recommend! Thanks, Travis and Kylan for a great experience! I'll be coming back and telling all my friends about this place!”

“I have used this company, and in particular this shop, over the years. I was unhappy that I purchased a set of tires which were already 3 years old per the DOT stamp. I contacted the manager who understandably wanted to know I was reading the stamp correctly, as they came directly from the manufacturer (who had stopped making this model) . I provided a photo. Bottom line- the manager Roux stood behind their service, and ordered a new set of better brand, and more expensive tires. This was at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier!!”

“This is a review where at the end i believe this store did the right thing in the right way. Highlighting ethics over corporate policy.I got my tires from this location about three months prior to this day. When I left the lot i had a TPMS sensor light come on that I didn't take notice to right away. Life got in the way, something we all can relate to, that prevented me from taking my vehicle back to the store.Time passed and now i needed to get my regular maintenance done at the dealership i bought my vehicle. Without hesitation i wanted everything fixed, one of which was my TPMS warning light. My dealer performed their service as you'd expect while informing me of any additional cost beforehand. At the end they saved me the broken sensor, which was clearly sevearly damaged in the process of a tire swap. We all know that when you get maintenence done at a dealership you get taken to the cleaners, which was gasoline on the fire at this point.With the store not far away i drove there and talked to the manager about the situation. With an obvious moment of conflict between me and him i can say afterwards that I believe he did a great job listening and understanding me with respect. These moments are always frustrating from either angle because of x, y, z reason. At the end he took responsibility of the damage it caused me, which showed his empathy and integrity on doing the right thing for his customer.I dont know if I'll return here because i think the situation shouldn't have happened in the first place, but I will always share with others that I believe they have good ethics, which can be seen from taking ownership of this situation and by observing how they talk/help other customers.”

“Good place to buy used tires.Convenient location, but difficult access,for in & out because the main road is crazy busy with very fast moving, and speeding cars continously.Now we have already accepted the high prices of everything including used tires, this place still charge customers reasonable prices for used tires, not like other used tires places, they gouge customers with extremely high rip off prices.
