He was kind enough to set up my mobile package everything up and when I got to the house and plugged everything in it was ready to go all I had to do was set up my phone and my computer and the TV to talk to the internet. I saved $540 a year switching from Xfinity to T-Mobile. And I don't have to pay for the modem.”

“I've had my phone for almost a month now, and I'm very satisfied with it and I am very satisfied with the nice young woman's professional attitude. And I was more than mildly surprised at the very affordable price for my smart phone. As an older man with traditional values I am finding it harder nowadays to find a business place that operates at my level. I don't demand anything, but I do appreciate anyone who goes above and beyond just the basics so that I don't feel like maybe my purchases from a counter where I might feel slighted or maybe the services I would prefer to have are quashed by someone who hates their job so much that they're working on more of an emotionally bent level and everything that happens seems to become more personal. I have never had the time for that type of service. So this place is friendly and very helpful and this is a mitigating factor that makes me happy to give them my business and I know my hard earned money is re-earned by people who are of the same attitude and are honorable.”

“I’m giving this 5-star review solely because of Kono’s excellent customer service—he was professional, friendly, and truly made a difference during my experience. Otherwise, I would have rated it 1 star due to the poor attitude from the front desk staff, particularly Maia (or Laia—the woman assisting with check-ins). Her behavior was unfriendly and dismissive, especially toward Verizon customers, which made the interaction uncomfortable. If you’re working in customer service, a good attitude all the time you’re working should be a priority.
