“This is the best Metro by T-Mobile location I have been to.I was in the search of a new cell phone for my son. I found one at the Metro by T-Mobile dealer at Westfield Southcenter and was ready to finalize the transaction, until I saw charges for my $49 phone go to nearly $200. I understand there's a new line activation fee and prepayment of the first month's service, but when I saw a case and screen protector that I didn't ask for added to my total, I started asking questions. When they declined to remove the case and screen protector, I walked out.I found they weren't the only dealer that automatically adds unwanted accessories to a purchase, either.I called Metro by T-Mobile on Washington Ave. N, and to see if they had a particular device in stock, and they said they did. Having that "used car salesman" feeling with my experience at the mall, I was cautious at first. To my surprise, they were very friendly and honest! They told me about available cases and screen protectors, but it wasn't a requirement to purchase the device at the advertised price. I walked out with the phone we wanted in my hand, and they even gave my son a lollipop!I am so impressed with their honesty and transparency, I plan to revisit this store to switch my service to Metro by T-Mobile, even though I have no complaints with my current provider.This location deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Great service, honest, and an outstanding experience!”

“Contrary to a lot of the other things said about this store, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. No matter who is working, whether it be Maria, Nyny, or another employee helping out during a time where everyone is short staffed, I am always treated with respect, kindness, and priority! Sometimes there is a wait, which is entirely understandable and not at all the fault of the young ladies trying their hardest at this busy store. I came in for a small tech issue. Only one person was working at the time and she made sure to greet me as soon as I came in, and told me it would be just a little bit before she could get to me as a few people were already waiting. I was happy to wait and browse their products while she took care of the others! I felt welcomed and at home during my time at this store. A little kindness and a lot of patience goes a long way, and I could tell the girl was thankful to have a pleasant interaction as a lot of people were rather rude about things that were clearly not in her control. Keep being you, ladies! You’re doing a wonderful job.”
