I rented a unit for an estate I was in charge of. The estate was very complicated as was the owner of the items I was renting the storage space for. EVERY time I called with any questions on how to transfer ownership, remove items or any of the questions I had from the attorney the manager was amazing! He helped guide me where and what needed to happen to ensure an easy transition and move out

“My family and I had to get a storage due to a move, we decided to go with Public Storage on Black Lake. We decided to go in person to be able to see the difference sizes of storage units to get a better idea and decide which storage would better fit our needs. Ian was very kind and helpful and took the time to walk us around to 3 difference units considering it was like a 90 degree weather that day and still was very patient and explained the prices of each one every step of the way. High quality, clean, safe, and easily accessible storage. I was able to complete the application online as well as receive my passcode for access without ever needing to show up during office hours.
They had a welcome package with a cylinder lock that was ready to use. Not realizing round locks are not allowed, Tammy contacted me through text and we were able to sort everything out.
Also, after being charged for insurance, I was able to send an email with my homeowners instance proof of insurance policy. Again, Tammy texted me back within an hour letting me know she would get things changed and sorted out.
If ever needed again, I will be back!”

“We received the BEST customer service from both Misty (Project Manager) and Kerri (Assistant Manager) We were preparing for a move and booked online, unfortunately the website didn't indicate that their were two floors, imagine our surprise when we arrived to finish our paperwork to find out we were on the second floor. Misty walked us to two different units on the first floor and saved the day! Kerri was wonderful in helping also guide with the details needed for our upcoming move out, they both are fantastic. We'd highly recommend Quality Self Storage!”

“Move NW did great on my local move. Brian C. was flexible and accommodating as we weren't sure how much were were going to pre-pack and move ourselves in advance.
We ended up packing and moving all the boxable items ourselves, so the crew only had to came one day to move our big items. They were friendly, courteous, and quick.
A few days later, we realized that several of the adjustable feet on our large metal garage cabinets had been bent. Move NW was very responsive, asked for photos, and offered a claim form, but as we were able to hammer the feet straight again, we declined. Brian said he would still bring the incident up at the next team meeting to prevent damage like this in the future. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate their honesty and willingness to learn from it. I would recommend and use Move NW again.”

“Did a wonderful job packing and loading up! John S. Jeff H. and Kolby C. were all fast, friendly and professional! Hard to find people who can make you laugh during a really stressful situation. They talked and joked the whole time and didn’t just robotically do the job. They even took time to talk to my curious toddler. Was shocked when only a few people showed up, but the three of them were a powerhouse! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!”
“These folks are great. Went in on Monday to see if they could put a tow package on my new Honda CRV. They were able to schedule me for the following Friday and it was in the shop for two hours. Good quality workmanship and the price was very reasonable. These people were very helpful too in explaining to me the options and what the cost would be. I've use these folks to install trailer hitches before and I definitely would recommend them.”

Prices are competitive, and the online payment portal has auto payments which makes things really easy. “Just recently rented their uhaul van. It was my first rental experience and I'm not sure any other business will be able to top it. I hadn't the forsight to check when they closed so I arrived right as they were closing. The woman at the front desk saw me and asked me to come in so she could help me get the van like I needed. She stayed 40 minutes or so after close to get the van rented to me and making sure I understood everything about the process as a first time renter. She was extremely kind and didn't seem annoyed to be giving me the extra help at all. She was the highlight of my otherwise terribly stressful day. So much so that I felt the need to write my first google review for them. Very thankful for my experience here.”

“I got a unit with this place this last summer and they have great communication with me regarding billing and the grounds are well covered by way of security. Unless you get a big unit which you can just back up to, it will be inside the building accessible only by your unit code and probably up the elevator which operates by your unit code also. It can be a hassle if you have tons of stuff. Price of security I guess but might be a lot for someone else. I like this place a lot better than UHaul and a lot closer to my home.”
