“Pretty good. I just feel like since I didn't rent till the 20th, I shouldve gotten a better prorate considering it 10/11 days away from the first, just over a week which is about 27 percent of the month but I still had to pay for about 73% of the month.Just a thought. I only rented a couple days ago and ive already got my bill for the first and ive been struggling a lot with money paying for myself, my 7 year old and my boyfriend with minimal understanding.Otherwise yall were great! Friendly, resourceful and understanding as well as down to earth and relatable. I hate it when people make me feel like I'm beneath them just cause they run a business and I didnt feel that at all, which is why I was willing to pay the high price for 11 days of the month.Kindness and integrity pays. “I have been with Sentry Mini Storage for almost a year now and it is the best storage facility I have ever been with! (I have been with 4 different) The staff is hands down amazing, they make the whole process so easy, and answer all the questions you may have in a respectful and professional manner. The units are really affordable and clean! I highly recommend this place if you're ever in need of storing stuff or even needing to rent a U-haul!”
“Great storage space. Seems to be this company owns every storage and Mason County but maybe one or two. And that's not a bad thing just info. The best thing is you can get any size storage and I mean any size you can get literally a mop closet size unit or you can get damn near an airplane Hangar size unit. Prices are fair maybe not the lowest definitely not the highest. Easy company to deal with the people are great and it's a family-owned company. I also noticed that the security is probably the best how many of them these places most of them are open all night so people aren't going in and out in the middle of the night but that does limit access.”

“If you're going to go with a storage unit, Better Solutions storage is the way to go. The storage unit is brand new, it's clean, it offers excellent amenities to their customers, and has got environmental controlled units. This place smells clean, and the staff is so friendly and supportive to their customers. The prices are very reasonable also for the space that you get.I have to give these guys a 5-star review. Definitely go with this storage place! A+++ for customer satisfaction and services :)”
