“I had some issues with this property last year, and left a pretty cranky negative review. However I must admit that since that time, both management and staff have been nothing but helpful, professional and kind. Sue has definitely earned this amended review.I’ve rented a space here for nearly 3 years now. The facilities are clean and the location is convenient.I am not a fan of having my rent arbitrarily raised (substantially, sometimes)…and moving all my stuff into a new unit is certainly not fun - but it IS a solution, so that’s something. I would prefer to sign a lease to lock in my rates, as I’ve been able to do with other storage facilities in the past. But that’s not an option here, and it’s my only complaint.If you don’t mind your monthly bills changing without warning periodically, and don’t need to have 24/7 access to your belongings, everything else about the property is really nice.”

“Excellent customer service, easy online billing, they always let you know when your bill is due or any updates to the unit. Additionally, I was helped several times when I forgot my key code. They even notified me when I did not properly lock my lock so I could come back and lock mu unit. They offer a wife variety of sized units with great pricing! Highly recommend!”

“Our large office was moving and we were lucky enough to have Allwest awarded the contract!! They were right on time, they were so fast and just rocked it!!!! They moved stuff for me too and all of them - Sandra, Tito, the Brothers 3 (Clint, Vince, and Glen), J.R., Devo and one more that I feel horrible I cant remember his name!, were fun, professional and impressive with their teamwork!! It was a great experience being able to say - all this goes but not this - and they remembered it!! If they had a question they didnt just take it out anyway, they asked. Being an ex military wife and experiencing both bod and bad moving companies this one blows them all out of the water!! GREAT JOB ALLWEST CREW!!!!”

“Liz and Sue are awesome which is the only reason I'm giving this Jawa infested scrap heap 5 stars. customer service on the phone needs to have additudes adjust via electrical high voltage discharge to there no no touch.No twenty four hour access despite the thing being accessible via an outside pad and having security cameras all around and wired up.. Apparently the security doesn't do their job because the gates have been cut for remote times and nobody has been shot and are tasered. And they make it so we put a property in other credit requests the very same month. I got the unit they jacked the rate up almost 30% now the next month.”

The security of gated, high fences atopped with razor wore security is reassuring as well and even te decency of an on-site honeybucket helps. They have a website, too, which allows for onune patents and /or reservations. I'm including a gate photo depicting gate hours of operation...”

“We needed a pickup for a home renovation project, and Lacey Express Storage was the closest U-Haul location. Everyone I spoke with was cooperative, friendly and helpful. The truck was ready when I arrived, and the check in process was fast and easy. The nearly new Chevy pickup we rented was not very clean, but drove well and did what we needed. (I left the truck cleaner than when we got it). When we returned the truck, they said that the fuel level was 'a hair below where it was when you got it' despite the fact that I had taken pains to leave it at the same level or a wee bit higher. However, when I called them they were quick to reverse that charge. Overall, it was not an impressive experience, but I will certainly use them again in the future.”
