“These folks are great. Went in on Monday to see if they could put a tow package on my new Honda CRV. They were able to schedule me for the following Friday and it was in the shop for two hours. Good quality workmanship and the price was very reasonable. These people were very helpful too in explaining to me the options and what the cost would be. I've use these folks to install trailer hitches before and I definitely would recommend them.”
“I had a local move recently and this location had the only large truck available on short notice. I showed up the next day and had to wait in line behind 2 other customers for about 20 minutes, but it seemed like a rare occurance that more than one customer shows up at the same time on a weekday. When it was my turn, the lady in charge treated my well and due to the long wait she deducted the rental fee for a dozen moving blankets for the inconvenience. She also took the time to inspect the vehicle with me, although she gave me the form to sign before I had a chance to confirm the fuel gauge was 100%. It was. I ended up returning the truck after hours, which was super easy. I got an email the next day confirming the truck's return and no additional charges. As a tip, when returning after hours, be sure to lock the blankets in the cab. I didn't rent a hand truck, but I would have tossed it in the cab as well rather than risk it being stolen from the back of the truck before morning.”
