“We are moving for the first time in over 23 years, so you could imagine some of the stress related to our situation. We chose U-Haul based on previous experiences helping friends and family. I reserved a 26-foot truck with U-Haul online in advance of our move. Billie from the Olympia's store on 4th called a day ahead and asked if we'd like to pick the truck up early to provide us additional flexibility in our move. When we arrived, she and the crew were very helpful, curtious, and thorough in making sure we not only had the right truck, but the fuel, supplies, and helped us understand everything we needed to do for a safe trip and vehicle return at our destination. “I was home when the driver showed up but not presentable. I watch him try to back in thru my gate only to get out and open the gate again since the wind tried to close it. There is a bungee cord to hold that gate open and I guess he didn't see it. Next time, I'll be out to show him. What ever you do, don't let this driver go. I think he is the best you have.”
