“Really nice people work here. Very helpful. Found out that they can take the Cash App Card, as long as you have the full account of the rental, and $50.00 deposit. So if you need someone to pay for it, you can find out what it will be for the amount you have to have down, and have them put that amount on a Cash App Card and they can use it to rent the truck. When you return the truck, they will add the mileage, and the daily rental fees, and the insurance costs, you will have to make sure you put the gas back to where it was when you got the truck, or they charge $8.00 a gallon to put it back in. What ever the cost is they remove from the Card, and if any money is left after, remains on the Cash App Card. It can be spent at any place that takes a debit card. I'm so happy to know that they can take the Cash App Card, it's going to come in handy for when we get to move into our new home after the 1st of 2022.”

“I had a local move recently and this location had the only large truck available on short notice. I showed up the next day and had to wait in line behind 2 other customers for about 20 minutes, but it seemed like a rare occurance that more than one customer shows up at the same time on a weekday. When it was my turn, the lady in charge treated my well and due to the long wait she deducted the rental fee for a dozen moving blankets for the inconvenience. She also took the time to inspect the vehicle with me, although she gave me the form to sign before I had a chance to confirm the fuel gauge was 100%. It was. I ended up returning the truck after hours, which was super easy. I got an email the next day confirming the truck's return and no additional charges. As a tip, when returning after hours, be sure to lock the blankets in the cab. I didn't rent a hand truck, but I would have tossed it in the cab as well rather than risk it being stolen from the back of the truck before morning.”

“We are moving for the first time in over 23 years, so you could imagine some of the stress related to our situation. We chose U-Haul based on previous experiences helping friends and family. I reserved a 26-foot truck with U-Haul online in advance of our move. Billie from the Olympia's store on 4th called a day ahead and asked if we'd like to pick the truck up early to provide us additional flexibility in our move. When we arrived, she and the crew were very helpful, curtious, and thorough in making sure we not only had the right truck, but the fuel, supplies, and helped us understand everything we needed to do for a safe trip and vehicle return at our destination. “Unfortunately I cannot remember the young man's name that I worked with but he was amazing! The only reason I gave it a four stars instead of five isn't their fault at all. I rented a truck and a car dolly. Unfortunately in the middle of the night somebody got a hold of the car dolly and ripped all the wires off. I was unable to get another one but he did everything he could to try to find one. He even worked out an extra good reimbursement so that I was able to get one from U-Haul instead. I still rented his truck and I still appreciate everything he did for me”
