“We have been taking our cars here for at least twenty years. This was our first visit since Pete sadly passed. I have to say that Jake is every bit as talented as his dad and pleasant to work with. This time it was because my wife had hit a deer. We only had the one car so we walked around town while Jake made a special effort to finish the job as soon as possible. He's got an awesome crew and they did a great job. We were extremely pleased as always.”

“It is not always a positive thing to go to an auto body repair shop because it probably means your car has gotten into an accident. But, if you do, I would HIGHLY recommend United. They were fantastic from the phone call to schedule an appointment to sending me off with my newly repaired bumper. United Autobody touched up the side of my car that had been hit in a parking lot, which had nothing to do with my bumper repair, AND my car was washed and vacuumed. I truly appreciate a business that works above and beyond, and United Autobody does this.”

“Dropped my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They hadn't started working on the car at the scheduled time even after a few hours and I had to wait 45 mins while they worked on it. While the scheduling was an issue, KJ apologized and comped the entire service as he didn't want a customer to leave unhappy. Very rare to see this great customer service nowadays. Also, their rates were very reasonable. Will return!”

“Shane was my service advisor, he explained thoroughly what they were going to do and what was involved with my car, he said the parts might take a week longer to bring in but they we're able to expedite it and had my car done sooner. He kept me in the loop daily until it was ready for pickup. Overall the experience was great and would recommend them to friends and family, and hopefully this is the only time I visit them.”

“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! Looks good as new! Highly recommended. They were on time too!”

“I can't recommend this service enough, they repaired a deep scratch on my passenger side door from a parking lot pillar. I tried to get a range of estimates before choosing a business; my only regret was not going with this one first (they did get back to me first, after all). I was able to pick my car up the morning after dropping it off, which was faster than I expected. There was also a shallow scratch on the side mirror they fixed that I hadn't included in the initial photo, which I appreciated. The work looks great - like it never happened! Ricky is knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. I sent some additional pictures for diagnosis after I first reached out, and he let me know that he'd be able to repair it for significantly less than the original estimate. He's an honest dude and really did me a favor, so the least I can do is leave him a good review. Thanks, Ricky!”

It was a tricky job, since my car is a Canadian one and US dealers couldn't provide the color code. I gave a 5 star for Jon; I wish I could give 1 star for the lady who have an attitude issue. I hope I can still work with Jon because I still have a lot of modifications to make on My Car. :D”
