This time it was because my wife had hit a deer. We only had the one car so we walked around town while Jake made a special effort to finish the job as soon as possible. He's got an awesome crew and they did a great job. We were extremely pleased as always.”

“It is not always a positive thing to go to an auto body repair shop because it probably means your car has gotten into an accident. But, if you do, I would HIGHLY recommend United. They were fantastic from the phone call to schedule an appointment to sending me off with my newly repaired bumper. United Autobody touched up the side of my car that had been hit in a parking lot, which had nothing to do with my bumper repair, AND my car was washed and vacuumed. I truly appreciate a business that works above and beyond, and United Autobody does this.”

“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! Looks good as new! Highly recommended. They were on time too!”

“I can't recommend this service enough, they repaired a deep scratch on my passenger side door from a parking lot pillar. I tried to get a range of estimates before choosing a business; my only regret was not going with this one first (they did get back to me first, after all). I was able to pick my car up the morning after dropping it off, which was faster than I expected. There was also a shallow scratch on the side mirror they fixed that I hadn't included in the initial photo, which I appreciated. The work looks great - like it never happened! Ricky is knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. I sent some additional pictures for diagnosis after I first reached out, and he let me know that he'd be able to repair it for significantly less than the original estimate. “Nick made my experience buying my 2021 mazda3 turbo premium plus hatchback a breeze. He is very knowledgeable with what he does, easy to talk with, and is transparent when talking money.
