“I had the windshield protection film applied to my windshield and sunroof and it looks amazing. Maintenance seems easy enough (mainly just need to clean my wiper blades). Definitely detail oriented- I’d also check out their window tinting. Overall very pleased and loved worked with them.”

1.) Andrew was courteous, professional and communicated clearly. When it was time to pick up the car, he asked us to look inside and outside and inspect the job and to let us know if there was anything they missed.
2.) The customer service: we were told that if we saw anything amiss when we got home, we can bring the car back and let them know.
3.) Super easy to schedule. They answer the phone and had the answers to my questions. They answered my questions thoroughly and were kind and not rushed/dismissive.
4.) We will definitely be coming back and will be telling everyone about this place! Thank you for the great work!”
“I bought a second-hand car which had some stains on the seats and a weird odor. So, I decided to get in touch with Luxury Auto Detailing and Chris suggested that I bring it over. Surprisingly, he managed to extract all the seats, eliminated the smell, and got rid of the stains within just an hour. “All the workers here are so amazing and helpful.I'd like to mention Henry and Diego!I had couple issues and they were so helpful. Considerate.Saw me struggling cleaning my dirty car carpet Diego offered to clean it for me.And Henry he was so kind. My car unfortunately didn't make it on time to get wash so it didn't fully dried and still soapy. But Henry was able to put me back and wash my car again and made sure it did all the cleaning and drying. I appreciate these guys. All of them! Thanks again for an amazing experience!”

Its nice that I don’t have to think about my truck washing anymore and I can run my operations instead. These guys are great and the communication is Awesome! I for sure recommend if you have a fleet that needs to be cleaned and you want a reliable company.”

“My husband's car is filthy dirty he washes it twice a year. And anytime I drive it I like to have it washed. We pull up to One of the two lines to wash the vehicle. There's a really nice lady who stands outside and describes anything for us that we do not understand and makes recommendations if we ask her. I told her my car was really dirty and she said that if we felt the car was still dirty after we went through the car wash that we could run it through again for free. That was cool. I Paid for my car wash and moved forward. Another really nice lady had a paddle in her hand that Gave us the expected direction of when we should go which way to turn if we're outside the lane or inside the lane. Put your car in neutral and let the conveyor move your vehicle through the car wash. Inside there were multiple color lights which was entertaining with itself. When we got to the end of the car wash I was surprised at how clean it was. I really didn't want to take the time to run the car through the car wash again but it only needed a little bit more cleaning. It looked 80% better than it was. I was just happy it didn't look disgusting anymore. I would definitely go here again. It was one of the best carwashes I've ever been to, I especially love the fact that I didn't have to get out of my car.”

“I went through Brown bear Friday of labor day weekend. And as I exited the car wash I noticed my wiper blade was missing and my wiper arm was bent backwards and had some broken plastic pieces. So I turned around went and talked to an employee, she helped me fill out some paperwork and said my manager will give you a call about this. I figured yeah right its Friday of a holiday weekend.Sure enough Chase the manager called me and said I'm sorry this has happened and if you can get a quote for repairs we can write you a check to get it fixed. So I got a quote took it back and talked to Chase was so nice super helpful and reassured me this happens often in car washes and we will make it right. Thank you Chase at Brown Bear I appreciate your help. I'd highly recommend this car wash to others.”
