“Great experience with this local company. I do recommend them. Anthony was very responsive to my calls text and questions. There were a couple tiny bubbles in the ppf as well as some in the window tint I noticed when I picked up my car. Anthony said they would dissipate as the they cured over the next 2 to 3 weeks and if not to bring it back in. In fact I can't see them anymore after the first week. I have already recommended Ocdetail to a friend that will likely be calling about getting his car in soon.Great work thanks much for delivering a quality job the first time. Nice work guys!!!”

“I've been going to Mike on and off for almost 10 years. Mike has detailed my SUV about 4x and has done work on my car over the years. He has fixed paint chips, scratches, fixed my tail lights, replaced my bumper, changed my breaks, and has done a full tune up. He is fair pricing compared to many other mechanic places and I fully trust him with my car. It's not every day you run across honest and highly skilled mechanics. I recommend Mike for anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off by greedy America and inflation, without sacrificing an honest and quality job done right. He's really talented and fair. “I went through Brown bear Friday of labor day weekend. And as I exited the car wash I noticed my wiper blade was missing and my wiper arm was bent backwards and had some broken plastic pieces. So I turned around went and talked to an employee, she helped me fill out some paperwork and said my manager will give you a call about this. I figured yeah right its Friday of a holiday weekend.Sure enough Chase the manager called me and said I'm sorry this has happened and if you can get a quote for repairs we can write you a check to get it fixed. So I got a quote took it back and talked to Chase was so nice super helpful and reassured me this happens often in car washes and we will make it right. Thank you Chase at Brown Bear I appreciate your help. I'd highly recommend this car wash to others.”

“Ok wash. They don't have brushes or anything, just this wand goes over your car a few times and sprays it with water and cleaners.Overall, 3 out of 5 for the wash. However at the moment, on Mondays the premium wash is like $10.”

“This is the best Elephant wash location in South Puget Sound. I've experimented with a few different locations as I have a truck that I prefer to run through a touch-less wash, and this one seems to have the soap to water ratio dialed in the best. Many others over- or under-soap leaving the car streaky. Check em out and make sure you download their app as you get a free wash after you purchase 10 or so. You can track in the app and everything.”

“Nice modern and maintained car wash. No detailing service. TIP: select service package before inserting card (It will tell you the price then you insert payment) name and sign are cute and stand out. Look for the pink Elephant!There are several fairly small bays that offer the same automated car washes. Prices will vary from what package you get. I can't recall but believe there were 5. Got the most expensive option and the scents are fantastic.I knocked the review one star because the colored foam (the best part!) Was a bit sporadic and one note compared to other washes I have been to in the area. But also there is no power spray washer which allows the freedom to focus on those really dirty spots.But if you have a new car or a well maintained one I would definitely recommend taking your car here every few weeks. The prices are fair and the drive thru wash is very simple and user friendly.”
