“Definitely the best touchless car wash I’ve ever used. Got the most expensive package and didn’t expect it to do much. I had 2-3000 miles of road grime, snow grime, left over mud from mt Rainer and beach sand from the ocean. It got 99 percent off. The truck was so dirty I couldn’t take it anymore. It even cleaned my hitch skid plate. 10/10 recommend and will keep using this. They even had a employee there on a Sunday which I thought was cool.”

“Great experience with this local company. I do recommend them. Anthony was very responsive to my calls text and questions. There were a couple tiny bubbles in the ppf as well as some in the window tint I noticed when I picked up my car. Anthony said they would dissipate as the they cured over the next 2 to 3 weeks and if not to bring it back in. In fact I can't see them anymore after the first week. I have already recommended Ocdetail to a friend that will likely be calling about getting his car in soon.Great work thanks much for delivering a quality job the first time. Nice work guys!!!”

“I've been going to Mike on and off for almost 10 years. Mike has detailed my SUV about 4x and has done work on my car over the years. He has fixed paint chips, scratches, fixed my tail lights, replaced my bumper, changed my breaks, and has done a full tune up. He is fair pricing compared to many other mechanic places and I fully trust him with my car. It's not every day you run across honest and highly skilled mechanics. “I paid for the most expensive option for $20 that included a wash along with tire cleaning and dressing. The service was very friendly and fast. The wash and polish for the body was very good and left it nearly spotless. As for the tires, they manually had to clean it and didn't thoroughly clean the whole rim which was pretty disappointing. Overall I'd pay for their services again but just for a regular body wash and polish.”

“I went through Brown bear Friday of labor day weekend. And as I exited the car wash I noticed my wiper blade was missing and my wiper arm was bent backwards and had some broken plastic pieces. So I turned around went and talked to an employee, she helped me fill out some paperwork and said my manager will give you a call about this. I figured yeah right its Friday of a holiday weekend.Sure enough Chase the manager called me and said I'm sorry this has happened and if you can get a quote for repairs we can write you a check to get it fixed. So I got a quote took it back and talked to Chase was so nice super helpful and reassured me this happens often in car washes and we will make it right. Thank you Chase at Brown Bear I appreciate your help. I'd highly recommend this car wash to others.”

“Ok wash. They don't have brushes or anything, just this wand goes over your car a few times and sprays it with water and cleaners.Overall, 3 out of 5 for the wash. However at the moment, on Mondays the premium wash is like $10.”

“This is the best Elephant wash location in South Puget Sound. I've experimented with a few different locations as I have a truck that I prefer to run through a touch-less wash, and this one seems to have the soap to water ratio dialed in the best. Many others over- or under-soap leaving the car streaky. Check em out and make sure you download their app as you get a free wash after you purchase 10 or so. You can track in the app and everything.”

“How have I not left a review for JD yet? Madness. JD has been coming to my house for at least two years now. Since day one his service has been superb and hasn’t changed. Front office is extremely communicative and responsive, and I can schedule my appointments with ease. JD is always on time and makes my car look brand new every time he comes. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and really listened to what was most important to me, and he delivers. Pricing is beyond fair for the work, time and attention to detail that I’ve received. My only complaint is they barely give you any time to wash a vehicle to start and you have to keep swiping your card to add more time which really gets costly for a self service wash. It also makes you feel very rushed when it's timed.Overall pretty decent wash though.”

“These guys washed two of our tour buses- both were covered in salt and road dirt after driving to Seattle from Minneapolis- and did an amazing job. No white streaks or dirt showed up an hour later like happens at other washes in such cases. Very nice employees as well. I will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises when in the area.”
