“Turn around time was fast, and communication was responsive. However, I asked about needing to set a margin to account for bleed over with our print. I was told they would make sure the final piece was the size we needed. They were a quarter inch shorter than we needed. They said it can happen from the blade size and they would do another run, and I supplied an image that was 0.5" larger than what we needed, to account for the blade size. We were told the product would be measured before it was sent out. When we got our second run of the print (the next day) it was still shorter than we needed.The print quality was nice, the turn around time was excellent, and the communication was prompt. But it was still incredibly disappointing to supply what was needed and still coming up short.”
