We came into the Lake Stevens store on Saturday, June 1, so that I could switch from my iphone 7 to my new iphone 14, whereupon my husband could switch from his FLIP-phone to my old iphone 7. This was not an easy task, especially when dealing with tech-challenged people like us, but Tyler was SO patient and SO helpful! We could not thank him enough for going above and beyond for us!
