I have been a manager in customer service for decades and if I had not retired I would have stolen him to work for me! “I went to this store around 4:30PM, 1/8/24. The first young man is not good. I just wanted to reactive the text feature again. But he said my plan can’t have that feature. He is leak of knowledge about ATT products. I had that feature before.Then I waited for other clerk to help me since I am 100% sure my plan has that feature. The second man are great. He is very knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars.”

“It amazes me how much knowledge about electronics these kids have that work here. Most of them are friendly and very helpful. I've been in here a few times over the years. I have never had a long wait to be helped. I was in there the other day and had a less than satisfied experience. I should have got her name. I think she might have been the manager. Long brown hair. She was quite unenthusiastic and acted like I was a bother to her day. She was not only not helpful but extremely unfriendly! I left and got excellent help elsewhere.”

“Arthur is an excellent metro PCs rep. He truly went above and beyond in trying to help me facilitate a replacement phone for a severely, yet nearly new, damaged I phone 11. Explaining in full detail the insurance process. Providing me with that departments number and even repeated the number back to me. As silly as this may sound I’m so serious when I say that that right there folks is the true definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE. As the millennials would say: “Period/That part!”In addition and in closing I’d say keep insurance people. These devices are beautiful and without proper protection fairly fragile. It’s well worth the money and it helps with being frugal and financial literacy. I mean come on how many times do you eat at a fast food place instead of off the stove? God bless you all who do and don’t read this!”

I've came into the twin Lakes Verizon store, multiple times through the years for various things, and have always been treated professionally with great attention to detail what the problem was, and how to resolve it and fix it as quickly as possible. Everyone seems to hate the cell phone companies for little itty-bitty things that maybe they brought on themselves or just couldn't figure out or it's just changing technology there's no magic wand that's going to fix every high-tech problem you have with an Apple device that does all this magic stuff Zak, who runs the show at twin Lakes, Marysville Verizon is as good a guy is the Rez his help me personally a few times, and others on the staff are very well trained and greet at what they do”
