From the very first class we took and stepped into the studio, we were welcomed by a very friendly and professional staff. The owners Alice and Fadil are the most kindest, friendliest, and genuine people you will ever meet. The team of instructors and staff are there to ensure you have the best experience the moment you walk into their door. Vibe is very welcoming, studio is pristine and clean, equipment is well kept, lots of towels and hand wipes to ensure a clean and fresh environment. You’ll definitely get a full workout if that’s what you’re looking for. If that’s not your jam, there’s no pressure at all from the instructors. They just want you to have a good time. The instructors are very positive, motivating, and inspiring and will take the time to demonstrate each exercise to ensure you have proper form and technique and most of all are having a good time. “I joined EFL almost a year ago at the recommendation of a colleague and wish I joined sooner. The workouts are always a challenge, and it changes regularly so you never get bored. I appreciate how the coaches actually pay attention and will correct your form and provide feedback. All the coaches are the most down to earth people and genuinely care about their members. Despite being a boutique gym in the heart of Bellevue, there is absolutely no pretentiousness. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gym community.”

5809 238th St SE #1, Woodinville“I’ve been going to Blinn Fitness for personal strength training since August 2023, starting with one day per week and now up to three days per week, working with two of their trainers to get the benefit of both of their experiences and styles (Maidie Knight and Elijah Jordan). I’ve never been a “gym” person because of the way some commercial gyms can lend themselves to cookie cutter operations and a superficial interest in your health. Not to mention a very bland aesthetic and stereotypical equipment. Based on what I observed from Brandon Blinn’s instagram account, Blinn Fitness was investing in their clients and ensuring the gym has diverse equipment and trainers and the aesthetic is anything but bland! They have created a community of health professionals that is so safe, supportive, fun, and STRONG!”

Justin Gehrt responded to me immediately and coordinated a time. While I was doing the workout, there were tons of people cheering for me and supporting me. I am so so grateful for this community. However, all the tools you need are here and high quality. The gym is ran by an awesome owner and it definitely feels local and not a corporate gym with many rules.”

Lynnwood CrossFit was fairly close to the hotel we were staying in and their website was very helpful with good information about class schedule and what workout to expect. We went to a 7am class where they were training squat cleans. The instructor was an experienced level 2 who had been doing CrossFit over a decade. The owner was helping private clients but made sure to say hello to us. The class was fun, the community welcoming, and the equipment was fairly clean and well maintained. This is a good example of a well run local CrossFit box.”

The coaches are excellent, and there's a supportive community of members. No matter what your physical capabilities or skills are, there's always an option for you. Unlike a lot of CrossFit gyms, there are other classes like Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman. LWCF has reinvigorated my passion for fitness, and I am grateful for Coach Nick and his team.”
“The top entrance of the gym does not unlock until 10am for newbies. No hour signs posted anywhere so I’m putting it here. Park on the lower area if you’re a morning gym goer. Certain staff members are really great about getting to know your name and greeting you personally. It’s a pretty good and clean gym for the price! Alicia/aleesha (idk how to spell her name) is literally the kindest and most genuine staff member here! She memorizes everyone’s names and greets them and says goodbye to them by name! Shout out to her for always being her!”
