Their notary services are free to members which is a bonus. They have a drive through which I never use and then two atms outside. During the winter, they let you order new bills which is a nice service as well. Parking is ample and building is well maintained.”

The branch manager Lu went above and beyond providing the service we needed. Lu was kind enough to help us between calls, so we didn't have to wait long. Max was great/ knowledgeable and we will continue to work with him during the upcoming months.Also, we were welcomed as we walked in by a man behind the counter and informed of a quick short wait. My truck was totaled and the gap insurance, Safe-Guard Gap, is dragging their feet on covering the gap(will never use them again), but my payment with Harborstone is due and I walked in and the manager, Dennis, was very helpful. He informed me of what will be happening with this loan, and he made me feel much better about not being able to cover my loan and told me that he will note my account so I don't get collector calls because of my situation.
