“It must be very tough to have the credit union open right now I have always liked this Credit Union ... They have a small town feel about them I am not sure 100% on the service I have had a relative or two that have used their services I am just local resident that feels sympathy for all of the downtown businesses affected by the construction.... Beware if you are near the credit union do not use the bath in which you are directed by the qualstar credit Union ATM the sidewalk is pulling from the wall foundation.... This ditch that was dug is over 20 ft deep from what I am told... and it is a lot more than was anticipated... Be safe”

“This review is for the great service that I got from Lee W., my mortgage banker at Chase! He is incredibly detail-orientated and will take the time to call you and explain everything to you. If you have any questions about getting a mortgage, then call Lee. Especially if you're a first time home buyer, get Lee on your home buying team. He will answer all of your questions for you so that you can understand all aspects of the home loan and help you provide the preapproval letters needed to put an offer on a house. The preapprovals were very important for me because the hot market forced me get new letters at higher amounts. Definitely choose Lee for your mortgage needs! He's the best!”

I tried to call the 1-800 number that the app gave me multiple times but they were no help at all. But when I came into this actual branch, he patiently sat with me for over an hour trying to resolve the issue, even working through his lunch break. Walked me through every step of what would normally be a very stressful experience. One of the nicest employees I've ever spoken to at Chase. I wish the call center was this helpful as well.”
