“I went out to Spalding's with my 6 year old daughter to get what I thought was a "easy to find" part. Turns out I was wrong. The yard guy, Kyle Bouvier, searched row after row of trucks to no avail. I told him multiple times that we could throw in the towel and he told me "There's one here and YOU are going home with it". The last truck on his lengthy list was the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Kyle is a VERY hard working young man and his customer service is second to none. I have had a few rough encounters with snotty yard guys, but Kyle is a keeper. He was also very nice to my daughter and she said he's her "favorite truck dude".

“Just so you know, you can recycle your oils here! I took my old engine oil in and they emptied out my container and gave it back! Prices seem comparable to anywhere else I go. I recommend this place for recycling your old oil! And they also install wiper blades for free but WOW! When did wiper blades cost 55$ for a pair(and that's a mid price range)?”

Gerber texted and/or called us daily with updates, made sure to let us know multiple times that there was no charge to us and they even washed, vacuumed, and cleaned the inside of my windows and car before we picked it up. The area they fixed looks brand spankin' new and they were very professional and friendly!

“I went into Napa last evening. A gentleman was diligently mopping. He greeted me and allowed me to shop. A few minutes later he realized I wasn't finding what I came in for. He offered to help, he took me right to the fix a flat. He inquired further about the type of vehicle tire I was fixing. When I got to the counter he asked me if I belong to a few groups that offered a discount and then rang up my items. He offered me tips as to use this product correctly then thanked me for my business. “My son was in a fender bender that required some pretty significant subframe repair before we could ever hope to get all the body panels to line up and fit. Dave charged us a fair rate and was able to straighten everything out and fit a new hood, fender, bumper, lights, etc on so well that it looked as good as when it came out of the factory. He did it all in a couple days and is hands down one of the most reputable body/frame repair professionals I have ever ran across. I can not highly enough recommend him and his business.”
