“I backed into a tree limb last summer and it left a very ugly dent and peeled the paint away on my ram tailgate. I called CARSTAR Hi-Tech Graham made an appointment with Bill Millhollin to get a quote. Their quote was the lowest because the other 2 quotes wanted to replace the entire tailgate so I called Bill for a time to bring the truck in they removed the tailgate so I could keep the truck. 9 days later CARSTAR called said I could come pickup the tailgate. I’m very pleased tailgate looks brand new color matched perfectly and so quick getting it back. Very pleasant experience, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable but best of all I was kept informed as to where the tailgate was in the repair faze so I knew when they started working on it when it was being painted and then my phone call to come pick it up with a text message for confirmation. Super great service and so quick. Thank you CARSTAR!”
“Great experience with this local company. I do recommend them. Anthony was very responsive to my calls text and questions. There were a couple tiny bubbles in the ppf as well as some in the window tint I noticed when I picked up my car. Anthony said they would dissipate as the they cured over the next 2 to 3 weeks and if not to bring it back in. In fact I can't see them anymore after the first week. I have already recommended Ocdetail to a friend that will likely be calling about getting his car in soon.Great work thanks much for delivering a quality job the first time. Nice work guys!!!”

They also cleaned the interior which I did not expect. They found some trailer keys in it that I thought were long lost. This saved me money by not having to replace a lock. “I brought in my car with some minor fender bender damage. Broken mirror, some paint transfer and some rub-off from the other car's tires. No dents. Most of the places I took the car to gave me estimates ranging from 2500-3500 and wanted to totally repaint the driver side fender and door. The estimate I got from Spanaway Collision was very honest and I believe saved me a lot of heart ache and money. He told me that the paint is tri-coat white and no matter what anyone tells me, repainting it will never match the rest of the car. I did my own research and confirmed what he was saying. He gave me an estimate of $320 minus the mirror parts and said he would try and fix it without repainting (which others said wasn't possible). After only a few days, they handed the car back over and it looked pretty much perfect. Maybe if you take a magnifying glass to it you might be able to tell, but effectively it looks like the accident never happened without repainting. So not only did I save thousands of dollars on the repair, but my factory paint also still matches. Thank you so much Spanaway Collision!”
