“On 8/13/2023, I drove from Mt. Rainier back to home with my family. My car warned that the engine oil is nearly used up. I found this AutoZone shop and bought a quart of engine oil. I am lucky because I was the last client that day. Otherwise, my car might suffer big trouble if we continue driving without engine oil. They closed the door after we left.Suddenly, my 13 year old son felt very sick in his belly, he wanted to go to restroom, he nearly lost consciousness due to belly pain. We went back and knocked the door for help. It was off time. But the staff reopened the door, and guided my son to their restroom. Finally my son felt better. I wanted to pay the staff for his time and kind help. But he refused. I appreciate all his kindness. I like the shop”

“I backed into a tree limb last summer and it left a very ugly dent and peeled the paint away on my ram tailgate. I called CARSTAR Hi-Tech Graham made an appointment with Bill Millhollin to get a quote. Their quote was the lowest because the other 2 quotes wanted to replace the entire tailgate so I called Bill for a time to bring the truck in they removed the tailgate so I could keep the truck. 9 days later CARSTAR called said I could come pickup the tailgate. I’m very pleased tailgate looks brand new color matched perfectly and so quick getting it back. Very pleasant experience, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable but best of all I was kept informed as to where the tailgate was in the repair faze so I knew when they started working on it when it was being painted and then my phone call to come pick it up with a text message for confirmation. Super great service and so quick. Thank you CARSTAR!”
