“I backed into a tree limb last summer and it left a very ugly dent and peeled the paint away on my ram tailgate. I called CARSTAR Hi-Tech Graham made an appointment with Bill Millhollin to get a quote. Their quote was the lowest because the other 2 quotes wanted to replace the entire tailgate so I called Bill for a time to bring the truck in they removed the tailgate so I could keep the truck. 9 days later CARSTAR called said I could come pickup the tailgate. I’m very pleased tailgate looks brand new color matched perfectly and so quick getting it back. Very pleasant experience, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable but best of all I was kept informed as to where the tailgate was in the repair faze so I knew when they started working on it when it was being painted and then my phone call to come pick it up with a text message for confirmation.
