“So this review is two part. Most importantly though the Community relations person Richard is an absolute rock star!First part is about the business itself. Pretty straight forward. I have a auto loan with them. My rate is much lower than the others at the time of getting quotes. Have had zero issues with them. Been overall an easy place to work with.Second part is the people behind this credit union. I used to think the days of local business reaching out into the community was a thing of the past and long gone. Richard though proved that so wrong. He heard our local 11s volleyball club PSVBA, were looking for some support in getting our kiddos to Nationals (which is another story all together, first year these girls have all played together. Such an accomplishment already) anyway... Richard stepped up the branch Manager at this location also stepped up. They not only offered up a great location for a car wash fundraiser, Richard involved other local business like Walmart which donated a ton of supplies. On top of this Richard and some of the branch employees like the branch Manager came out and cleaned cars with us! Truly this credit union has earned not just a customer but a big fan of Richard and Tapco as a whole for life!If I could this would be the one 6 star review I would give!”

“I want to say Julie at this branch was very helpful in a check I messed up on, and want her help recognized. As well as all branches, except Hawks prairie branch mgr there, she is the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever encountered since my time with ACU. I’m a signer at my job and I signed a check at this location and the teller refused to except this check as well as the branch mgr. I had another payroll check with my signature on it and they excepted that one. But since I signed the one and then not knowing I was a signer refused to do so. And then told me, if I would of signed the check at my work it would of been okay. I said what’s the difference if I sign it there or here and wdnt call my job or the bank I’m a signer on to resolve this.”

“I just started my 3rd loan through these guys. They are absolutely spectacular! I've purchased 2 vehicles with their help, one through a lot and one by private sale (yes you can do that!). now thanks to them I will be paying off a high interest loan elsewhere and buying a new dishwasher. Staff is pleasant to work with and the process is quick and painless. They're even located next to a licensing office for easy vehicle sale. On average, I receive my paychecks four business days in advance; and even earlier, during the holidays, not later, as many other institutions practice. The tellers, whether experienced or not, are highly qualified subject experts in matters concerning most/all of my financial needs; and this is what I liked second to most: if Anyone, whether teller or manager does not know an answer, they ask the right individual (no matter what status) the appropriate inquiry to their craft- THEY GET THE RIGHT ANSWER FOR YOU, and not a load of useless waste (who likes their time wasted, also).
