“I went inside to get change for public transit. The bank branch was very professional and looked like a commercial bank versus a consumer bank. The teller was very pleasant and accommodating, even though, I was a zero profit customer. Consistency in customer service is sure tale sign of overall branch management. My rating reflects a positive experience but since not so substantive, I reserve the last star until I transact some more meaningful business there.”

“All my direct deposits are released as soon as they receive it (usually by 8:30 am PST for me). On average, I receive my paychecks four business days in advance; and even earlier, during the holidays, not later, as many other institutions practice. The tellers, whether experienced or not, are highly qualified subject experts in matters concerning most/all of my financial needs; and this is what I liked second to most: if Anyone, whether teller or manager does not know an answer, they ask the right individual (no matter what status) the appropriate inquiry to their craft- THEY GET THE RIGHT ANSWER FOR YOU, and not a load of useless waste (who likes their time wasted, also). WHAT I LIKE MOST: is their continual cheerful and polite customer service; and my, it takes you back, and causes you to check your demeanor and mannerisms. “I was a US Bank customer several years ago and had a great experience. Not sure why I left, but I recently have reopened my accounts with them at the Proctor branch in Tacoma. I had the pleasure of working with Jonzio, where do I begin. He was such a pleasure to work with. US Bank has been the only bank that made me feel like my business is appreciated, that I had a one on one person like Jonzio to come to if I need anything or have any questions. These days personal service like that is hard to find, especially in the banking sector. It is great to not have to call a 800 number and talk to a stranger about my money, there is someone committed to help in any way possible. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, accurate and efficient. They know me by name and transaction. Jeanette has been there for a long time and its nice to see a regular friendly face. Understaffed, but service is always top-notch. Tellers and other staff are solid. Never judgmental, always helpful, always kind, and they always know their stuff.Outstanding interest rates! “I had to send a wire transfer to a business and it was a terrible time because the acct # was weird and the computer was not cooperate so I went home got new acct # walked in to let the person working with me the day before, Maria Marshall know that I had a new acct# from business, but I needed a appointment that would work, cause it was a timed sale.Maria remembered me from day before called me right over and began to work on it, three times computer froze up, so she rebooted everything and it finally went thru, she was so patient and persistent, it took an hour and she stayed on it till it was complete. I love that about Wells Fargo, they hire people who work hard to take care of us, the customer! Special thanks to Maria for her great work and attitude, she deserves a raise!”

“I was recently issued a check for $10k that was made to me by one of their account holders. I was close to this branch today so I figured I'd go in and cash the check and just deposit the cash into my accounts sometime tomorrow. It's not often I will go into a bank to cash a check of this size or any size for that matter. Mainly out of common sense considering all the crime these days and also it seems like it can just be more of a hassle to cash a check when you're not a member of the bank that the check has been issued through. Especially when that check is more than several thousand. But I had time to kill and I figured I'd just go in and knock off something from my "to do list" for the next day. I have to say that it was a very pleasant experience and the teller (whose name I wish I could remember) was one of the sweetest ladies I've come across in recent times. We just chatted about the reasoning behind the check I was cashing and she was mindful to even count it as inconspicuously as possible. Which I was very appreciative of considering it was something I was worried about. That being the teller loudly counting the cash out for the entire lobby to hear. I didn't want to worry about having someone listening and thinking I'd be an easy target to follow home and rob. Which is exactly what I would've been. So for her taking the extra measure to assure I left there without any trouble was greatly appreciated. Over all my experience at this branch was nothing but positive and pleasant. The line was short when I arrived. The parking lot was full of available spaces that are directly in front of the entrance doors. And most importantly the teller was a very kind and helpful lady. I'd recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for a place to bank and lives within the vicinity of their location. However, I feel like it is important to state that my review is purely based on this one and only time I have visited this specific Wells Fargo branch. I can only hope that others will have the same experience as myself.”
