“I recently bought tires from another big tire place for my 2010 Toyota Highlander. There was a strong vibration around 60mph and up, so I took it back so they could troubleshoot the problem. They re-balanced the tires, but the vibration was still there. So back again to the tire place, same result. Then I took it to Discount Tire in Shoreline. They performed a "road force" balancing and found all four tires were out of balance. They made the adjustments in less than an hour, and free of charge (remember, I bought the tires from another tire place). Took it for a test drive and the vibration was totally gone, a smooth drive at any speed. Discount knows tires, they're the experts.”

“Yeah I stopped by this place today to see if someone would help me disconnect my headlight assembly from the main wiring harness. I unbolted the right side assembly OK but I've been struggling for three days looking on YouTube for hints on how to unsnap the electrical connection with no luck. These things are tricky! I just went up to the front desk and explained my predicament to a guy named Javier. He stopped what he was doing and he and the other mechanic on duty came out to my van and with a small tool and with some finesse unlocked the connection. Javier let me park in the lot while I unbolted the assembly on the other side. Then he came back out and after some finagling, unsnapped the connection on that side. Afterwards, I offered him twenty bucks for his effort and when it looked like he wasn't going to accept it I insisted. I'm an old man and I used to work on cars a lot before they became computerized but I can still spot a sharp mechanic - and a generous one too. Javier and One Stop are my new shop.- Robin Hood”

“Used this shop a few times for tire repairs over the years and they are the best option I've come across. Always friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. This time I had a brand new car so silly me I tried going by the dealership I just spent a huge amount of money at to help me with a tire repair. What was I thinking, I know. They made me wait 2 hours then told me it's not repairable and quoted me $400. I drove over here and they had the tire fixed in less than 15 minutes. I wish dealerships weren't as price gouging and misleading as they are but at least places like this exist to help!”

“Kylie was so helpful when I came in with two flat tires, she went above and beyond with checking on the status of work being done and herself fixing a valve stem while the team was closing up shop. They acomódate us every time we come in with options and expert opinions. The popcorn is always a great plus and the great customer service makes the time past faster! Sometime getting this kind of work done can be a quite a mess, but they make it so much easier!”
“First off I used to work for Mark and Phil at that place and I know that they hold there employees to a high standard as they work on crazy expensive cars. The fact that I will ONLY go there says a lot from a former employee. Phil goes out of his way to find you good deals. Do your self a favor and take your car here.

“Our car had several problems that we knew of, but one had been new. We were referred to Rick’s by a friend. They did a full inspection and Mark gave us a detailed description of all the issues and the one that needed to be taken care of immediately, which was the rear brakes and rotors. They also gave us quotes on all the repairs needed in the future.
The work was done on time and at the price quoted. Our car has been running great.
We will definitely be returning to Rick’s in the future to get all our repairs done and maintenance. We highly recommend them.
New: our engine light came on at the end of the day. Rick’s said we could bring the car in the next morning. They found out it was the oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced and the part was available. They got it done in the same day. We feel very confident, bringing our car to Rick’s for their expertise, efficiency, and honesty. These guys are fantastic!”
“I had a bad/leaking valve stem causing my tire to slowly go flat over a months time and I took my toyota pickup in to have the stem replaced. The guy running the store was cool, friendly and easy to talk to, and got me taken care of on the spot at a fair price.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, I didn't consider that when they replace the valve stem, they have to remount and rebalance the tire... This completely fixed a vibration I had at ~60+ mph. I had taken my tires to get balanced originally at Les schwab a couple years ago, and a second time at discount tire because I felt vibrations and thought les schwab had balanced them wrong. After a second balancing at discount tire I still had a vibration at higher speeds. I had dismissed it was a balancing issue and figured I had a bad tire or out of round wheel for the longest time... I was wrong, just needed balanced by someone that knew what they were doing or had the right equipment. Thank you JE Wheels.”

“I had major suspension work, new brakes, new tires and wheels on my well-used 4Runner. I was pleased with the dedication of the team at Les Schwab, the mechanic stayed until almost 9 PM to get my vehicle done the same day. I just had tires replaced on our Subaru, again I was impressed with the customer service. The prices aren't the cheapest, but quality is high and customer service is awesome at this Les Schwab location.”
“When my car finally let me know for sure. My brakes were going because my normal place I take my car didn't. I was able to drop that off when I got back to town while I went on my trip and they checked my brakes for free and told me they need to be replaced and also my front tires so it was really nice that they were able to do that for me and made my day go a little bit better. Not that I was happy about my brakes and my tires but at least they told me I can drive home and I wouldn't completely lose my brakes and slam into somebody. Thank you Les Schwab in Lynnwood.
