“I took my car in to fix the A/C. They did a good job and nice people but this place is a little expensive. They completed A/C inspection and had to replace the AC clutch relay($20 at Autozone) and recharge the AC with refrigerant ($40 at Autozone). I got a bill for $303. I don't think I'll go back to this place for anything else. If you think $303 is a reasonable price for this kind of work then this place is for you.”

“This place is honestly amazing, not only were they open on a Sunday when most places are closed, but they have really good prices. I got all 4 tires changed for 663, when most places charge you up to a thousand for good tires. They were super friendly and it took then less then 20 minutes to change all 4 tires. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, you should definitely call in advance to check if they have your tire, I only say that because sometimes they might not have it, but this place is truly amazing. If you want a fast and easily affordable price for your tires I promise this is the best place to go!!”

“Got an alignment for a 2004 subaru forester done on a Sunday, nobody else was open or available for alignments on Sundays. I called and went right over, I got lucky on the time though for availability. Guy operating the counter was a friendly guy, and the crew were right to it. Was in and out in a bit under an hour. Lots of cool wheels and tire options to see on the floor as well, worth looking at while you wait.”

“I'd been delaying fixing my tire since I stopped by here over a week ago. I didn't stay that time, not for any reason really, when he told me they have to take the tire off, other than I didn't feel like it?.So I decided to call today and see if I could just drop it tonight and pick it up tomorrow and Jason said sure.As always was running late and by the time we got there they were gonna close in 4 minutes. As the young man was taking my info he asked if I'd like to about 20 minutes so they could fix it now.I was like, oh that's so sweet but I know you're about to close. Well, he rather insisted, so I agreed!(I'm sorry I didn't get your name).Left the key, ran across the street to get burgers and then sat with mom in her car til they were done.I wasn't timing them but I'm sure they were done in less than 20.I expressed my deepest gratitude and said, "you all are amazing" and that I'd write a raving review?.And it's true.They went above and beyond and were so sweet about it like it was just what they do.So, thanks guys so much! “These folks are amazing. I needed a flat tire fixed and they fixed it for free. I know that's one of the things they are known for, but it's still amazing in this day and age that anything is offered for free.I came back the next week and they put new tires on our other car. The price was fair and the service was quick. I don't think it took them even a full hour. One benefit of living on Whidbey is that they never seem to be overloaded -- busy yes, but overloaded, no.”

Les Schwab was very helpful on the phone and asked me to contact the Bothell location. They loaded the tires and were at our shop right after our customer arrived. I wish I caught the name of the service tech. He was very professional and fast. We both had happy customers.”

“My car kept overheating and I needed it fixed right away as I was going to be leaving town in just a few days. He took my car in with no wait and finished exactly when he said he would. The shop is a little hidden, but well worth seeking out. He does good work, and is a nice guy to boot. I would heartily reccomend giving him a shot if/when you need work done on your car.
