“We went to check on a low battery and some issues with the phone, and we were assisted by Oz. He addressed our issues and told us how we could resolve them. He mentioned the new phones, since we had had our phones for some time. He was not a hard sell, but he was giving good information that made sense to buy new phones. We decided to go with 2 iPhone 15s, and he spent the time needed to clearly explain to us the differences between the phones and how to use them. He was patient, as we are boomers and aren’t always up on the newest technology. He was the only one in the store, and several people needed his attention. He very calmly and skillfully helped all of us, so nobody would have to wait too long for service. You are lucky to have such an efficient and professional representative working for you. Our suggestion is to get somebody else to be there, so he doesn’t have to do it all himself.”

And I was more than mildly surprised at the very affordable price for my smart phone. As an older man with traditional values I am finding it harder nowadays to find a business place that operates at my level. I don't demand anything, but I do appreciate anyone who goes above and beyond just the basics so that I don't feel like maybe my purchases from a counter where I might feel slighted or maybe the services I would prefer to have are quashed by someone who hates their job so much that they're working on more of an emotionally bent level and everything that happens seems to become more personal. I have never had the time for that type of service. “I had a problem with my phone where it broke and couldn't get access to any of my settings , wifi , Sim nothing and needed to switch my data from that phone to a previous phone I had. So I couldn't conduct business on my phone like make calls use the internet and my banking access long story short went in to the At&t location and Brandon & Juan were total professional sweet hearts not only were they knowledgeable of my phone's needs they were courteous friendly timely and gave me there their undivided attention like I was the only customer even though it wasn't true they made feel like I had an appointment to see them not as if I was just walking in thank you and you solved my phones issues for right now Thanks Also Thank you so so much Ms. Jayla for a previous time you helped me with my phone issue I said I would drop u a good rating and never got around to doing it you were way way to amazing courteous open to helping me words can't explain how appreciated you were to me that day and thought I can't leave you out in a good shout out of your greatness again Thanksl”
