“I am serious when I say, if I could give this business a 10 star rating I would.My wife, two cats and I are currently traveling around the country in an older motorhome with a Cummins Diesel. We are able to continue this journey because of the people at Pape' Kenworth. Recently we had a significant cascading motor issue that needed major time consuming work. Without the repair we would be stranded in this area or worse our trip would end. The people at Pape' Kenworth in Aberdeen/Cosmopolis came to our rescue.All of the people there are the best of the best. The professional service was very customer oriented . Everyone was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, explained clearly and understandably the reason work needed to be done and why parts needed to be replaced. The pricing was very reasonable especially when you see the work they did and the time they took doing it. They ensured we were taken care of throughout this entire ordeal.I had read in an earlier review, "They treat you like family". A very accurate description of this business if I ever saw one. It was not just us, it was all of their customers that I saw. “We were having camper van issues on our road trip. Were from Canada so we just randomly called the Crowell brothers to help us with our 35 year old van and they did not hesistate to help. Jacob is AWESOME! I wish he was our mechanic back home because he took the time to explain things to do when we get back home and gave us tips on how to take care of one of the issues on our own. He diagnosed what was wrong and quickly fixed it that same day. He was very knowledgeable and gave us his professional advice so that we can carry on home. This place does not dissappoint. Highly recommend to anyone with car troubles.”
