“I am serious when I say, if I could give this business a 10 star rating I would.My wife, two cats and I are currently traveling around the country in an older motorhome with a Cummins Diesel. We are able to continue this journey because of the people at Pape' Kenworth. Recently we had a significant cascading motor issue that needed major time consuming work. Without the repair we would be stranded in this area or worse our trip would end. The people at Pape' Kenworth in Aberdeen/Cosmopolis came to our rescue.All of the people there are the best of the best. The professional service was very customer oriented . Everyone was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, explained clearly and understandably the reason work needed to be done and why parts needed to be replaced. The pricing was very reasonable especially when you see the work they did and the time they took doing it. They ensured we were taken care of throughout this entire ordeal.I had read in an earlier review, "They treat you like family". A very accurate description of this business if I ever saw one. It was not just us, it was all of their customers that I saw. He patched the tire instead of plugging it and polished the rim so it would seal better. And used bead sealer. Great work thanks!!”

“Five Star Ford was exceptional from start to finish. We will definitely be going there for purchases as long as we live in the area. My husband and I went to look at vehicles a week before we decided to make a purchase. This is when we got introduce to Gary. Gary was super kind and he truly listened to what we wanted, especially the fact that we were just looking. He was not pushy, nor did he try to make the sale. He assisted us with finding the trade in value on my car and with any other questions we might of had. Gary felt like a friend by the time we left. He even offered to send information via text with any new vehicles that might come in, as we were looking for something specific. A week later, we decided to make the purchase on the new vehicle. We continued to work with Gary who made the whole buying process smooth and easy. The weekend we did all this we not only walked away with one but two cars, one for me and one for my husband.
