“I am serious when I say, if I could give this business a 10 star rating I would.My wife, two cats and I are currently traveling around the country in an older motorhome with a Cummins Diesel. We are able to continue this journey because of the people at Pape' Kenworth. Recently we had a significant cascading motor issue that needed major time consuming work. Without the repair we would be stranded in this area or worse our trip would end. The people at Pape' Kenworth in Aberdeen/Cosmopolis came to our rescue.All of the people there are the best of the best. The professional service was very customer oriented . Everyone was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, explained clearly and understandably the reason work needed to be done and why parts needed to be replaced. The pricing was very reasonable especially when you see the work they did and the time they took doing it. They ensured we were taken care of throughout this entire ordeal.I had read in an earlier review, "They treat you like family". A very accurate description of this business if I ever saw one. It was not just us, it was all of their customers that I saw.
