In addition they arranged for a local upholstery shop to repair the drivers seat at their cost. They did not play any of the usual car dealer games. It was a refreshing no stress purchase.I have serious issues with a previous encounter at 5 star and am so happy with Whitney's behavior.For the record I paid cash for the transaction and did not deal with loan issues.”

Took care of this promptly and will even get a refund for having the work done. On time in and out. Comfortable waiting area in their new building. Easy drive up to the new service entry. “Finally an honest service department at a dealership that isn't filled with profit hound service managers. I've lived in the area for 3 years and am not a local. I quickly found that the service department at Whitney's is far superior to five star in Aberdeen or driving to Olympia, which is a lesson I learned the hard way. It also seems like a family friendly business that takes care of their employees which is nice to see. Their employees were kind, honest and respected Covid protocols.
