“Ben Richards Fabrication LLC did a wonderful job replacing my muffler, resonator, and damaged exhaust pipe. I have a 2014 Subaru Impreza sedan that sustained some damage to the exhaust (6" clearance on the vehicle). Also, the muffler was a bit noisy from a modification done by a previous owner. Ben Richards Fabrication gave me a good price (welded on a a new muffler rather than installing a more expensive bolt-on attachment). My primary complaint is that they could have confirmed scope with me before moving forward. (We had discussed the scope, but I would have liked to have given the go ahead before they started.)”
“Went to this place after I found out whatcom radiator had closed down. The shop was clean and the equipment was state of the art and appeared well maintained.The man I spoke with seemed to really know his stuff. He immediately knew what the radiator was for. He gave me a breakdown on options for repair comparing cost with warranty and construction methods and materials.I'll definitely be bringing any future repairs here.”

Dropped off the truck at 9, had a call by 11 with the details/estimate and the truck was fixed by 2. Warren was fantastic in terms of knowledge and also was extremely helpful. “I took my car in to have some damage fixed after unfortunately being hit by another car. They made the process very easy and it only took 10 days to get my car back. The work done was great AND they buffed out very noticeable scratches I’ve had for two years with zero charge and without requesting it. Whereas I got 2 other quotes at other shops and was recommended to replace the panel for $1,700. Amazing place and service.”
“Went to Les Schwab for a slow leak in one of my tires. They got me in fairly quickly, and it turned out I had a break in my sidewall on the inside of my tire. Considering I don't even know where my spare is yet in my newer car, I'm glad I took it in. Ryan worked on my car. We decided to change out all of the tires as my Honda is an AWD. Ryan was very patient when showing me my options. We were considering wheels, so Ryan introduced me to Brandon, who was equally as helpful. Both of these young men were so helpful, and their customer service was out of bounds!! I was thanked for my longevity with Les Schwab! I left feeling safer, informed, and valued! Great job, guts! “About two months ago the driver's side door latch on our 1997 Chevy Blazer broke (ripped out of the door jam). This was probably due to earlier damage caused by a mentally incapacitated deer ramming the door on an earlier excursion. The door would no longer close and we started looking for repair options. Dally's was the only auto repair service in this area that said they could repair it inside of two months. All the others were backed up for at least 4 months and some longer than 6 months.Concerned about supply chain issues, we took the car to Dally's, a service we had used very successfully over the last 20 years. It took exactly as long as Dally's had predicted and they did a perfect job of repairing the latch and realigning the door. We could not be more pleased.
