“This place is gigantic and stuffed with supplies for every new obsession you might get. Go in to buy watercolor pencils, notice a display of bookbinding equipment: boom, now you make books out of your watercolors and you are 100% more interesting than you were when you walked in. :)Super helpful/friendly staff and endless fun inside.”

“I shop at the Bellevue store. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I bought both of my sewing machine from the Bellevue store and I've been very happy with their classes and service. They now have beautiful quality quilting fabrics.”

“A great store, anything and everything modern you will find here. By modern, I mean the comic books. If you are looking for older comic books you won't find them here however, loooots of modern and up to date comic books available and plenty of other books as well. DnD / Pathfinder merchandise and a good selection of dice. Good collection of MTG and others sold here and some single cards are in showcases if you want to buy some goodies to beef up your deck. Lots of board games here so if you want an awesome game for a gathering / party, give these guys a chance. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and spend as much time going through their store which is always an A+ in my book. Come on by and support our local comic book stores wherever they may be! ?”

“Stopped by yesterday with a broken serger. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and immediately took the time to diagnose the problem to ensure there wasn’t a quick fix or user error. Walked me through potential options for repair or replacements in my budget. Really wonderful customer service!! Will definitely be back for all my sewing and vacuum needs in the future.”

“This is a great shop with a lot of incredible merchandise, especially the autographed stuff. I love that they sponsor so many autograph sessions, Seahawks in particular. Just one small caveat though is that people purchasing pictures get to go first while just autographs have to wait until they are all done. I think it's because they have the photo equipment set up and don't want to have the athlete getting up and down. But maybe just once they'll let autographs go first. We pay the same!”

“Long time customer at the Seattle location which is currently closed (should re-open soon once a new location is found). I used TAP for custom-cut, small volume fabrication jigs mostly. Went to Lynwood as back up. Was really happy to meet an equally friendly and professional staff at that location. Took the order in via email, addressed all questions via phone, fulfilled my order early. No question I will return for future orders.”

“Solid food, great atmosphere. Fun to eat, play, and shop. Mox’s biggest asset is their friendly and knowledgeable staff—they give great recommendations and will talk about board games as long as you want to talk.”

“Soooooooooooo many varieties of crystals, stones, and beyond! I was overwhelmed by just how much inventory they have. I meant to stop in for half an hour and ended up being there well over an hour. The woman working was super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you love rock shops, this one will rock your socks off!”

“The store manager Matt is very knowledgeable and friendly, but my favorite part of the visit was how welcoming of an environment he created for newbies (especially for women), such as myself. I got a couple funny looks when I first walked in, and one guy even approached me to ask if I was lost (thankfully, he's not a regular in the local community). However, Matt simply asked if there was anything I was looking for that he could help me find. He was very patient and his enthusiasm for 40K is contagious. I saw him go out of his way not only for me, but for many other customers there as well. I'm looking forward to finishing up my army and joining in on the games there. If the rest of the community is as respectful and friendly as him, I'm sure I'll be in good hands :)”

“I have a vintage camera and Glazer's was identified by other camera stores as the best place to get my camera refurbished. The staff person gave me lots of confidence in her ability to assess the condition of my camera and she helped me immediately! I was relieved right away by her expertise and ability. I felt that any problem that might arise would be solved! I came away believing that I can come to Glazer's for any issue & I'd get the help I needed”

“Michaels is a life saver for us when we have last minute school projects due. We've stopped by multiple times over the years to pick up plain t-shirts for various school theme days so we can decorate the shirts, to picking up stickers and different holiday themed decorations. Michaels has everything from the fake silk flowers, Circuit machines, beads, cake decoration supplies, tie-dye, to other things I can't even think to list. We last stopped by to pick up a chalk board for the first day of school and some fun colored chalk - both were conveniently placed upfront in easy to find locations! If you can, sign up for the e-mails and you get a nice $5 discount coupon you can use. We like the discount, and it helps whenever we have crafty projects to complete. Staff have always been nice and friendly, and when busy, they aren't able to walk us to the aisle, but otherwise, we've been directed to the correct aisle. It's fun to browse all the different crafting things here, and the sales are worth picking up supplies for holiday decorations. They also had a nice selection of LGBTQ+ craft items like little pride flags, ribbons, and various rainbow themed items - we did pick up a spool of rainbow ribbon for rainbow day for school though, which was convenient.”

“A big store with an excellent variety of models, remote control cars/airplanes/boats, and more. It's where I go for model rocket supplies. The new store in Redmond Town Center is very clean and bright.”

“Plenty of discounts, especially around the holidays! Friendly and helpful staff. They provide 15% military discount but only if you have the status associated with Michaels account, showing ID alone would not work.”

“I got mostly everything I needed. All holiday was 60% which was great! I ordered some food coloring gel online afterwards as they didn't have it in the store.”

“They have self-checkout registers here so I was in/out fast with my few items. All of their stores are laid out the same, so it was easy to find what I wanted. Not a soul that worked there saw me or said anything.”

“I feel I need to speak up in defense of this shop.Art and his little stamp shop are the best place to go for all your collecting needs. These types of shops are hard to find now as most dealers have turned to online listings and auctions. I feel sad when I see people leave bad reviews because they didn't get their way. All the time people come into the shop and expect Art to drop everything he's doing to do a complete evaluation of their inherited stamp collection they wish to sell (which is generous of dealers to do). When Art gives a complimentary short evaluation, people complain and leave one star review. They wanted him to look at each individual item. Art gets at least 10+ people each Saturday wanting him to look at their collections. When their collection only has common items that he isn't interested in purchasing, people complain, says he's rude, and leave one star review. Anywhere you go for full philatelic collection evaluation services, they are not free and charge by the hour. I feel like people don't understand that. People look up their stamp value on eBay and see someone selling their common 2¢ red for hundred of dollars, then come to Art and try to argue with him over their stamp value. Art has been a collector for a long time. He knows which items are rare and which are worth pennies. Even if there is a stamp worth hundreds of dollars, Art (and anybody in the collecting community) isn't going to pay full catalogue value. All dealers sell and buy their items at a reduced catalog value because the overall demand is decreased than what it used to be.Our local stamp collecting community loves Art and all the work he does keeping his little shop up and running for us. He will always have my business and I love going there even for just hanging out and working on my philatelic exhibits.”

“Been a customer here since I was 4, Johnny and all the others that run this place have been very professional with what they deal with, never had any sorts of problems with stuff I've gotten from them, they have a decent selection for S scale trains and N Scale as well as O and HO Scale locomotives.”

“°°°Please note that this review is for the framing department.°°° Jess was awesome in assisting me with the framing of my art. I had no idea what I wanted except for it to look good. Jess offered suggestions and let me take as much time as I needed. She came up with a combo of mattings and frame that looked amazing!”
