Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Brought them my old upright Kenmore and they agreed (with a smile) to give it a service even though it's way past it's prime.

I have been taking my vacuums here for years. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve had a member actually take the time to try to solve a problem before leaving it for service on several occasions. Best customer service around!
