“So I had a couple of experiences with these guys in the last few months. 1st time I had an external portable drive freeze up on me. So I took it in. I had Will helping me and he tried to save the data. To no avail. It was history. However he said he was ONLY going to charge me if he could “save the data”. Which I thought was a unique and awesome policy and gesture and very welcomed ! Then today, I brought him my broken laptop and they were able to save the data off the hard drive and load it onto a thumb drive!! These guys are so passionate and interested in helping you solve the problem! They truly care and it’s so unbelievably refreshing to find that these days!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the guys atComputer Concepts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Super friendly and helpful!!! Don't scroll through google anymore - pick here! I called in with a question about a keyboard spill and got information straightaway. Most places won't ask you questions and make you come in before saying anything, so my time was really appreciated. Great service!”

“I had a Gaming Desktop Computer to repair. I went to the BestBuy, They charged me a lot to repair and they couldn’t fix it and I had same problem.
My buddy recommended T.S.USA Computer.
They are so knowledgeable, No Membership, Affordable price and a Great Customer Service.
Also, they gave me a Gift and made me very happy in a same day.
Highly recommended this Computer service.

Thanks”

“I drove over an hour and a half to visit the store to try some Razer products out and arrived at 6pm on a Friday. The store was closed!!!! Their website and sign on their door said they were open until 8pm. This was also confirmed by a store employeee via phone call earlier in the day. Not sure why they were not open but it was extremely disappointing.Edit: Went to the store the day after and it was fantastic! Staff was super helpful and easy to talk to. Really nice trying out all of their laptops and peripherals. Even picked myself up a fan controller!”

“Rober has been an institution for decades. He's highly knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Rates are reasonable and service is easily 5 stars. I can't recommend him enough!

For my latest service he did a custom PC build for me and went above & beyond in making sure the tricky parts all worked together. It's been 2 months since I picked it up and it is still working flawlessly.”

“This place could use more signage, couldn’t find the location of it for about 15 minutes. Turns out it was inside an unmarked building right next to the parking lot.Nice museum of some of Microsoft’s history and has a gift shop, typical gifts- nothing too exciting. But plan to spend about 30-40 minutes max.”

“We used to get parts from them all the time. However, it seems like they are out of business. Their phone is never answered. Just rings and hangs up. Haven't been able to get a hold of them in about 5 years. And the Google business listing has said they are "temporary closed" since before COVID. Their facebook.meta page hasn't seen a update since 2017, and a google search of their business does not turn up a company website anymore. So I am guessing out of business. Very sad.”

“I try to be environmentally conscious and took some electronics in for disposal and recycling a few days ago. "Jeff" assisted me. He was friendly and went over and beyond. It was an easy process, and I would recommend them.”

“There's nothing better than wandering around a bookstore. Although I'm not a student, this is a great bookstore to visit for their book recommendations and occasional deals. I like their "bargain books" as they do often have some popular titles at a great price. I was here to go to Boona Boona cafe. I saw their cute typewriter set up so you can see how it was back in the day! Checkout was a breeze and there's a parking lot in the back which is a huge plus because finding parking on the Ave is not always easy.”

“So I'm surprise by all the 1star negative comments. This my first time at this location. So this is how my experience went. I originally have an appointment to replace my battery since my battery health was 75%. My phone wouldn't keep charge and it would randomly shuts off even on charge and when fully charged. So I walked in I was immediately met by this gentleman (wish I remember his name) I explained to him I have an appointment. He told me to have a seat he will have a tech come over and assist me. Within 2mins a tech came over(again I forgot his name)he pulled up my appointment and asked to look at my phone etc. I forgot to mention that my back screen was also crack(badly). Anyway he explained to me to replace the battery it will be $99 but in order for them to replace the battery they have to remove the screen and he noticed the screen was already separating. He mentioned if while they're removing the screen and it crack, I will have to replace it and they can't replace the front screen without replacing the crack back screen. To replace the front screen will be $249 but to replace everything including the back screen it will be $599 he mentioned. I said "I'm just here for the battery replacement so let's just start there and hope whomever replace the battery can be gentle and not get the screen crack while removing it". He said "okay let me get few things from the phone making sure it's backed up, but let me go in the back and find something out really quick"! I said "okay"!15 mins later he came back and said "So my manager said since the battery is a quality issue they can replace it at no charge". I said "okay now we really getting somewhere". He stayed going through the phone doing what he does then he said "let me go check with my manager about something because I'm not getting any signal from the phone to my iPod". I said "okay"!At this point I'm there for about a hour. He came back about 20 mins later with a little box in his hand. He said "so I got some good news for you, my manager said to replace the phone with a new one at no charge to you so I got you a new device so we can just do the transfer instead". I said "omg this is amazing thank you"! Honestly all of this caught me off guard because going from possibly paying $99 to $249 or $599 to $0 was a hell of a turn considering I'm in a Apple Store where they want to feed you everything for you to pay for everything. Mind you my phone warranty had expired and I didn't have any insurance on the phone or any of that. I was extremely happy with this outcome and while waiting for my phone to transfer from my old phone there were a few rep who stop by and ask if everything was going okay. So it's safe to say my experience was an amazing one and the customer service was amazing to say the least.”
