“One of the coolest second-hand tech reseller stores I have ever been to, there is SO MUCH COOL STUFF, throughout basically every era of computers, including a small museum section as well!”

“Shoutout to Seattle Laptop and Repair! Thank you Dan, for helping me with one of those fake pop-up "Your laptop has a virus, call Microsoft" BS scam sites, that won't close out. Had it straightened out with lightning speed! If it happens to you, don't start pressing buttons, just give Dan a call!”

“There's nothing better than wandering around a bookstore. Although I'm not a student, this is a great bookstore to visit for their book recommendations and occasional deals. I like their "bargain books" as they do often have some popular titles at a great price. I was here to go to Boona Boona cafe. I saw their cute typewriter set up so you can see how it was back in the day! Checkout was a breeze and there's a parking lot in the back which is a huge plus because finding parking on the Ave is not always easy.”

“I drove over an hour and a half to visit the store to try some Razer products out and arrived at 6pm on a Friday. The store was closed!!!! Their website and sign on their door said they were open until 8pm. This was also confirmed by a store employeee via phone call earlier in the day. Not sure why they were not open but it was extremely disappointing.Edit: Went to the store the day after and it was fantastic! Staff was super helpful and easy to talk to. Really nice trying out all of their laptops and peripherals. Even picked myself up a fan controller!”

“There is a reason I have been to computer love numerous times.Matt knows his stuff. He is fast and efficient not to mention extremely reasonable with pricing. He has solved sticky intractable problems that I have run into over the years. It doesn't matter if it is a mechanical or software/hardware issue...he always finds a way to fix it.”

“The City of Seattle sells their (used) surplus property (other than real estate) from their Central Warehouse. It can be a good place for nerds (you/we know who you/we are) to buy a used computer (the computers are sold with no operating system), depending on what happens to be there at the time. For example, in November 2017 I bought a Hewlett-Packard i5 3.4GHz computer with a 500GB hard drive (no operating system) and 8GB of RAM for $70 plus tax. There's office furniture and retired/surplus Seattle street signs, too, and other stuff that I didn't look at. Cash or check only, open 11 - 4 Tuesdays and Thursdays (except holidays). Park on the south side of the warehouse where the signs say City of Seattle only. Think working industrial warehouse... not shopping club.”

“I generally prefer to do all purchases online but this time I had to go in for a complicated transaction. I went just before the store close and was helped by Chris and Jordan who were patient and helpful in the process. It’s customer experience like this that stays with a customer that will prefer to to come into the store for.”
