“Richard has been extremely helpful over the past couple of years with repairs to my boss's computers when I worked in Seattle, to helping me with my roommate's desktop, to helping me with my business laptop when I recently started my own business, to helping me with my Google account and setup. He's been a tremendous help, very knowledgeable, and would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their computers and network. Thank you Richard for all you do!!!”

“I have used Touch Tech for 5-6 years. They handle my computer needs gracefully from laptop replacement to software issues. Occasionally they are slow to respond is if they have a big job. Recently Brain helped rescue my laptop from SEATAC's Lost and Found which was above and beyond. They are definitely part of the tech worlds 'Good Guys' reliable support.”

“One of the coolest second-hand tech reseller stores I have ever been to, there is SO MUCH COOL STUFF, throughout basically every era of computers, including a small museum section as well!”

“I have bought from 3R several times and have always been completely satisfied. Their offered equipment is great value and is clearly photographed to expose any external surface defects. This is a great company refurbishing equipment to extend it's life and usefulness. Buy without fear.”

“Just placed my second order with them, almost ten years after my first (which should tell all that is necessary). My original computer still receives free technical support from them. They have definitely put my interests ahead of their profits by suggesting I find cheaper alternatives to purchasing (disks and monitors) elsewhere.”

“This is a great place to find used and unused electronics. I come here to find replacement parts or devices for various purposes. Some things are priced well, others are over priced.”

“Came in to see if they could get a couple screws I stripped out of my computer so I could replace the battery. They got 'em out in 2 minutes and gave me some replacements, free of charge. I've been here a couple times and have been happy with their service each time, and I'll go back next time I need computer help too.”

“The City of Seattle sells their (used) surplus property (other than real estate) from their Central Warehouse. It can be a good place for nerds (you/we know who you/we are) to buy a used computer (the computers are sold with no operating system), depending on what happens to be there at the time. For example, in November 2017 I bought a Hewlett-Packard i5 3.4GHz computer with a 500GB hard drive (no operating system) and 8GB of RAM for $70 plus tax. There's office furniture and retired/surplus Seattle street signs, too, and other stuff that I didn't look at. Cash or check only, open 11 - 4 Tuesdays and Thursdays (except holidays). Park on the south side of the warehouse where the signs say City of Seattle only. Think working industrial warehouse... not shopping club.”

“Love Best Buy as it is doing it's best to compete with that big online monster. I will buy for my local BB whenever I can! Staff is always friendly, and store is always clean. Stock can depend on trends and time of season.”

“Wanted to do an exchange on a recent purchased iMac M1 for a iMac Mini M2 Pro.. I was welcomed into the store and directed to the pickup desk. Waited only 30 seconds before being attended to by the amazing Kailey. I had envisaged a long drawn out process but she was so helpful and knowledgable the whole thing took less than 15 minutes! Kailey was one of the best Apple people I've encountered in all my visits to a lot of Apple stores.. THANK YOU!”
