I enjoy the work that’s been done and I enjoy whenever I talk to the service writers/techs in person but sometimes the service writers over the phone can be a bit pushy trying to add services I don’t need. As somebody who has brought my car in a few times now, I recommend just being clear about exactly what you want done over the phone and the techs will do a great job!”

“Fabulous! Went in with catalytic converter issue. Karl provided clear information about my options. Helped me understand the car process and answered every question with a smile. Feeling no pressure, I chose to get a diagnostic which gave clear direction as to the exact converter having issues. Instead of changing all 3, which had been advised by 2 prior mechanics, only 1 needed to be replaced, saving about $3,000. He kept his word of communicating throughout the process and met all schedules. The hourly rate is a little high, but the quality of service was well worth it.
